Cancellation Policy
Devonte Method Studio – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Effective Date: 12/19/2025 1. Booking Policy Coaching Sessions: All coaching sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our official scheduling platform. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Coaching sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients may reserve spots up to 14 days in advance. Payment is required to secure your coaching session reservation. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before coaching session starts. 2. Cancellation Policy 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged a fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be non-refundable, counted as a used session and could be subjected to extra fees. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. No-shows will result in loss of session credit and could be subjected to additional fees. 3. Waitlist Policy If a course is full, clients may join the waitlist at no charge. If a spot opens, the system will automatically enroll waitlisted clients in order of signup. You will receive an email and/or text confirmation when added to the class. Once enrolled from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged if added automatically. 4. Emergency and Special Consideration Policy We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected emergency (medical or otherwise), please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the sole discretion of Devonte Method Studio management. 5. Liability and Release By booking a coaching session with Jeron, you agree to participate at your own risk and release Jeron Devonte, and any affiliated venues from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation. A liability waiver must be signed prior to your first session.
