Service Description
Jeron performs for most events and can perform multiple genres of music, in multiple styles, and anywhere within his 4 1/2 octave range. Event request must be received, at least, a month in advance. Prices vary based upon the event's location, duration and any other special requests. Note that back up singers are an option as well as choral pieces. A $200 booking fee is assessed upon booking and custom request fees will apply later based on your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Jeron Devonte TVC – Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Effective Date: 04/04/2025 1. Booking Policy Solo Sessions (Private Coaching): All solo sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance through our official scheduling platform. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Solo sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Group Sessions (Classes): Clients may reserve spots up to 14 days in advance. Payment is required to secure your class reservation. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry after the warm-up phase begins for safety and instructional integrity. 2. Cancellation Policy Solo Sessions: 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be non-refundable and counted as a used session. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. Group Sessions: Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance are eligible for a class credit. Cancellations within 12 hours of class time are non-refundable and will not be credited. No-shows will result in loss of class credit. 3. Waitlist Policy If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist at no charge. If a spot opens, the system will automatically enroll waitlisted clients in order of signup. You will receive an email and/or text confirmation when added to the class. Once enrolled from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged if added automatically. 4. Emergency and Special Consideration Policy We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unexpected emergency (medical or otherwise), please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the sole discretion of Jeron Devonte TVC management. 5. Liability and Release By booking a solo or group session with Jeron, you agree to participate at your own risk and release Jeron Devonte, and any affiliated venues from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.
